Complaints Procedure
We aim to resolve every concern fairly, quickly and transparently.

Informal resolution
Most concerns can be resolved quickly by speaking directly to your tutor, adviser or the relevant department.

Formal complaint
If informal resolution isn't possible, submit a written complaint — we'll acknowledge it within 3 working days.

Investigation
A senior staff member independent of the issue investigates and responds within 15 working days.
- 4
Appeal
If you're unsatisfied with the outcome, you may appeal to the Vice Principal within 10 working days of the response.
Submit a formal complaint
Email complaints@jwheatley.uk with your name, student or applicant ID, and full details of your concern.
