Build and maintain relationships with placement employers, matching Diploma students to paid industry placements across all subject areas.
Responsibilities
- Recruit new placement employer partners across priority sectors
- Match students to suitable placement opportunities
- Monitor placement quality and student wellbeing during placements
- Maintain accurate placement records and reporting
Requirements
- Experience in employer engagement, recruitment or account management
- Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills
- Understanding of UK employment standards and safeguarding in the workplace
