Student Support Adviser
Provide pastoral, wellbeing and academic support to students, with a particular focus on supporting international students settling into life in Glasgow.
Responsibilities
- Provide one-to-one wellbeing and pastoral support
- Signpost students to specialist services where needed
- Support new arrivals with orientation and settling-in
- Assist with safeguarding processes as required
Requirements
- Experience in a student support, welfare or counselling-adjacent role
- Understanding of the challenges facing international students
- A relevant qualification in counselling, social work or education is desirable
