Visa guidance

What our documents do, what you apply for, and what we cannot do for you. Please read this section carefully before you apply.

From offer letter to visa decision

  1. Receive your offer and invitation letter

Once your application is approved we issue an official course offer letter and supporting enrolment documents. Successful applicants receive an official course offer letter and supporting enrolment documents that may be used in a Standard Visitor visa application for short-term study in the UK.

  2. Pay the £150 registration fee

This confirms your place on your chosen start month and allows us to finalise your enrolment documents.

  3. Prepare your application

You apply to UK Visas and Immigration yourself, online. Our documents are submitted in support of your application alongside your own evidence.

  4. Attend your biometrics appointment

You attend a visa application centre in your country to provide fingerprints and a photograph.

  5. Receive the decision

UKVI decides your application. We can talk you through the outcome either way, and explain your options if it is refused.

Visa questions

Our programme runs for 12 weeks, which is under six months, so participants normally apply for a UK Standard Visitor visa for short-term study. You should always check the current requirements on GOV.UK before applying.
